There was a real estate “game” going around the internet last week called “crack shack or mansion” pointing out the high price of real estate in Vancouver. The challenge is: can you tell the difference between what more than a million dollars will buy you in Vancouver’s real estate market and a random crack shack?
As the average house price in Vancouver creeps up towards a million dollars, it’s disheartening to see what that money sometimes buys. Here in Kitchener-Waterloo, we’re lucky. Our home prices are under the same kind of upward pressure but we still have a long, long way to go in terms of Vancouver’s prices.
