It’s such a great feeling when a deal closes. I’m a stress junkie. Sold a house today and this one was especially rewarding as we encountered some major problems during the inspection phase, emotions ran a little high on both sides, negotiations were hot and finally both sides exhausted, we reached a deal.
The best deal is when both parties feel they did the best they could and are happy with the result. This was a “best deal”. We made it work.
It’s rewarding for me, that’s why I do this.
