Even when the market isn’t as hot as it is now, houses like this and especially in this neighborhood don’t last long. Below is a short video I took yesterday just before the open house started.
The house is situated in old Westmount, near two great elementary schools, two great universities, Waterloo Park and within easy walking distance into uptown waterloo. I’d buy this house myself, that’s how much I like it.
