People always like to know the value of their house. They usually want to know for one of two reasons.
1) They are thinking of selling, or
2) House prices (almost) always go up, especially in the long run and it makes us feel good knowing that our largest investment is doing well.
If you own a house, you’ll be happy with this news. According to the Kitchener Waterloo Real Estate Board, so far this year (five months), the average price of all homes sold in Kitchener-Waterloo and area has increased 10.3 percent.
