In real estate, we like to say that for every seller there is a buyer, for every home there is someone looking for it. I don’t know if it’s true. I like to think so. The open house I held yesterday in Northlake will be the test to this maxim.
It’s a good house, in a pretty good neighborhood and the owner appears really good at starting home improvement jobs. But as you will see in this video, the house needs a bit of work and a lot of love.
