You get what you pay for. Police are warning residents in Waterloo Region of an unlicensed home renovator working for cash, performing sub-standard renovations.
Two homeowners in Kitchener reported that they hired the renovator after he rang their doorbells offering his services. They were both unhappy with his work and have been trying to contact him (unsuccessfully) with the number he left.
