November Neighborhood FlyerMaybe you’re thinking of moving. Maybe you’re relocating to Waterloo Region.  Maybe you just want to know what your home is worth.

The average sold price was $317, 895

The average number of days on the market was 36

The highest sold price was $391,000. The lowest $245,000

Huron Park

There were 10 homes sold in Huron Park*
