The average sold price was $272,675
The average number of days on the market was 28
Clair Hills
There were 10 homes sold in Columbia Forest/Clair Hills*
The average sold price was $395,250
The average number of days on the market was 22
Idlewood
There were 10 homes sold in Idlewood/Lackner Woods*
The average sold price was $365,153
The average number of days on the market was 63
