Clair Hills is a well kept secret (until now)

As Waterloo develops in a westerly direction the neighbourhoods continue to be fabulous. Beechwood and Laurelwood have long been favourite Waterloo neighbourhoods and now Clair Hills continues the tradition.

Clair Hills is a family-oriented neighbourhood with a good mix of housing options – from modest 1500 square foot homes to large executive homes. Most of the homes were built in the first ten years of this century. It is an active community with over five kilometres of forested walking trails, easy access to excellent road cycling and cross country skiing as well as tennis courts and skating rinks. The neighbourhood association hosts several events throughout the year including a neighbourhood garage sales, a Fall Funfest and the ever popular Winter Classic.
