Forest Heights is a most desirable neighbourhood
Built in the late 1960s and early 1970s, Forest Heights has long been one of Kitchener’s most desirable neighbourhoods. Perhaps because of its many fine schools, community centre, library and pool or maybe because of its gently rolling hills, interesting houses on wide deep lots, the neighbourhood has faired well.
The bendy streets, weaving through this peaceful neighbourhood are usually quiet except for the occasional empty-nester on his way back from Canadian Tire or soccer mom on her way to a game. In the summertime, kids on bikes or longboards will be seen going over to each other’s house for a dip in the neighbourhood’s many swimming pools.
Well situated near shopping, downtown Kitchener, and the expressway, most things are just minutes away.
