Uptown Waterloo’s Red Condominium yet to be approved

red condoUptown Waterloo is poised get another 63-unit condominium building so long as it’s rezoning request is approved. The building is proposed for the corner of King Street South and John Street and if approved will be the third to go up in that section of the historic Mary-Allen neighborhood.

Dubbed the “Red Condominium”, it would also be Momentum Developments’ third project in uptown Waterloo following the 55-unit condominium at 42 Bridgeport Road and the BPR lofts at 36 Regina Street North. Those two projects sold out quickly reflecting that the condo market in Waterloo is still in its infancy and there’s much more demand than supply.
